Abstract
This Act amends the Barbados Water Authority Act by: inserting a definition of "fair Trading Commission"; and by inserting a new section (29A) on the regulation of rates and charges to be levied by under the principal Act. A consequential amendment is made to the Utilities Regulation Act.
