Abstract
This Act validates the increase in water and sewerage rates levied and collected by the Barbados Water Authority from 1 May 2019 to the date of the commencement of the Barbados Water Authority (Water and Sewerage Rates) (Amendment) Regulations, 2019, as if the rates had been prescribed pursuant to section 28(3) of the Barbados Water Authority Act, Cap. 274A.
