Abstract
The Schedule of this Order sets out the goods with the Tariff heading number which are subject to the rate of duty, if imported from the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago. The goods described in the Schedule includes milk and cream containing or not containing added sugar or other sweetening matter; buttermilk, curdled milk and cream, yogurt, kephir and other fermented or acidified milk and cream, whether or not concentrated or containing added sugar or other sweetening matter or flavoured or containing added fruit, nuts or cocoa; butter and other fats and oils derived from milk; and cheese and curd.

This Order enters into force on 11 November 1996.
