Abstract
The First Schedule to the Customs (List of Prohibited and Restricted Imports and Exports) Order, 2009 provides a list of prohibited and restricted goods for import. Prohibited imports to Barbados include: food unfit for human consumption; infected cattle or other animals or carcasses thereof; fresh fruits and vegetables grown in or conveyed from Florida except if accompanied by a phytosanitary certificate; ozone-depleting substances; and goods banned by any other law of Barbados. The Second Schedule determines the prohibited and restricted goods for export.
