Abstract
This Act makes new provision with respect to the control of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and other substances known to be used in the manufacture of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances; to create new offences with respect to drug trafficking and for purposes connected therewith. Among others, the Act applies to veterinary practitioners.
