Abstract
This Act lays down provisions as regards the issuance, terms and conditions, amendment, renewal, assignment and revocation of license required for supply of electricity; register of licenses and renewable energy generation systems; targets for supply of electricity from sources of renewable energy; the powers, obligations, and restrictions in respect of electricity supply; fees; offences and penalties.
