Abstract
This Act concerns the quality of fruit to be exported from Barbados. It provides rules relative to the inspection and certification of fruit and to packing and labelling of fruit intended for exportation. It also grants powers to the Chief Agricultural Officer to order the destruction of fruit attacked by pest or disease.
Fruit shall be packed under the supervision of the Fruit Inspector. The same officer shall inspect fruit before packing.
