Abstract
This Act contains rules regarding the relationship between landlord and tenant and makes provision with respect to judicial proceedings regarding the relationship between landlord and tenant.
The provisions of this Act concern, among other things, payment of rent, distress for the non-payment of arrears of rent including seizure of crops or livestock, fraudulent removal of goods by tenants from leased premises, summary recovery of possessions and other legal actions, ejectment and compensation for crops, fruit trees and unexhausted farm works.
