Miscellaneous Controls (Importation and Exportation of Goods) (Prohibition) (Radioactive Materials) Regulations, 2004 (S.I. No. 158 of 2004).

These Regulations prohibit the import into and export from Barbados and in transit or in transhipment to any country of radioactive materials specified in the Schedule, except under the authority of a licence granted by the Minister. Regulation 5 sets out penalties for any person who imports or exports any goods in contravention of these Regulations.
