Abstract
These Regulations, made in exercise of the powers conferred by section 6 of the Pesticides Control Act (cap. 395), provides for amendment of the Pesticides Control Regulations, 1974 (S.I. 1975, no. 3). The amendment concerns: substitution of Regulation 4 (3) on use of pesticides not approved by individual or non authorised organisation and related permit.
