Abstract
This Act lays down provisions on the acts of corruption constituting offences in Part II, investigations in Part III, evidence procedures in proceedings against a person for corruption in Part IV; and miscellaneous provisions in Part V. The United Nations Convention Against Corruption which is set out in the Schedule, has the force of law in Barbados.
