Abstract
This Act lays down provisions on corruption in office as a misdemeanour; punishments for any person on conviction on indictment for corruption; corrupt transactions with agents; increase of maximum penalty for offences in relation to public contracts; presumption of corruption in certain cases; and prosecution for corruption by or with the consent of the Director of Public Prosecutions.
