Three Houses Spring (Management and Control) Act, 2023 (No. 12 of 2023).

This Act provides for the management and control of the Three Houses Spring; the categories of persons entitled to use the spring; the role and functions of the Barbados Agricultural Development and Marketing Corporation in respect of the management and control of the spring; and the settlement of disputes relating to the use of the spring. The functions of the Barbados Agricultural Development and Marketing Corporation include but not limited to: taking prompt action to prevent or rectify pollution of the spring and carrying out tests to analyse the quality of the water.
