Abstract
This Order, made by the Minister under section 36 of the Utilities Regulation Act, 2000, designates the utility services and service providers set out in the Schedule as utility services and service providers that are to be regulated by provisions of the Act. The list of utility services includes the supply of water and sewerage services to be provided by the Barbados Water Authority.
