Abstract
These Rules amend the Utilities Regulation (Procedural) (Amendment) Rules, 2003 in relation with the following matters; secrecy of documents filed with the Commission, evidence at oral hearings, witness statements, examination of witnesses, application for intervenor status and rights of intervenors in proceedings.
