Abstract
The Regulations concern the regular supply of water to customers by the Water Authority of Barbados. The Authority may enter into contracts or agreements regarding the supply of water for irrigation, industrial, development or other special purposes (regs. 3 and 4). In times of deficiency of water, supply may be restricted by the Authority in accordance with regulation 14. A person to whom water is supplied may be asked to obtain a valuation certificate (reg. 19). (23 regulations)
