Abstract
Killing or wounding of a wild bird is declared to be an offence under section 3. “Wild birds” are all birds specified in the Schedule to this Act. Additionally, having in possession of recently killed wild birds or the exportation of skin or feathers of wild birds is prohibited. Penalties are prescribed. (6 sections and 1 Schedule)
