Abstract
This Act imposes a duty on all articles included on the Schedule which are exported from Bangladesh and provides for the establishment of the Bangladesh Food and Agriculture Committee to whom the duty shall be paid to.
The Act defines the internal composition of the Committee and specifies its duties which include the promotion of scientific, technological, social and economic research and education relating to food, agriculture, animal husbandry and fisheries.
