Abstract
This Notification amends the Marine Fisheries Rules, 2023 (principal Rules). In Rule 2, new definitions are added for the phrases Vessel Accident, Vessel mechanical failure, Purse seiner, Longliner and Support vessel. Further, Rules 3, 4, 5, 18, 19, 23, 28 and 31 of the principal Rules are amended.
