The Executive Council is responsible for executing the Council’s functions and directives, maintaining compliance with government policies while preventing redundancy in research initiatives. Implementation measures include annual financial audits conducted by the Comptroller and Auditor General of Bangladesh, alongside the establishment of committees to enhance stakeholder involvement in decision-making. The Act ensures transparency and efficiency in agricultural research by defining the roles of key officials, including the Executive Chairman and the Executive Board, in overseeing research operations, financial management, and personnel appointments.
