Bangladesh Food Safety Authority Financial Rules, S.R.O. No. 11-Law/2019.

These Regulations, adopted under section 86, read with sections 20 and 21, of the Food Safety Act, 2013, concern the financial administration of the Bangladesh Food Safety Authority. The Regulations focus on the following matters: sources of the Authority's fund, including fees and charges collected under the Act, proceeds from the sale of tender documents, advertising and sponsorship revenues from souvenirs and promotional materials, moneys received from fines imposed under the Act; permitted use and operation of the Fund, including research and survey for collecting information relating to food products, monitoring and surveillance activities, costs associated with legal proceedings, expenditure connected with food research and development, risk prevention and hazard resolution and management; classification of income and expenditure.
