Abstract
The present Order establishes the Bangladesh Inland Water Transport Corporation and empowers it to dispose and administer all relative assets by mean of a Board of Directors which may exercise these powers. The Corporation shall have the right of: buying, chartering and holding in possession or disposing of ships; operating inland and coastal oil tankers, passenger and cargo services and ferries; managing and maintaining dockyards; etc.
