Abstract
This Act amends the An Act to amend the Bangladesh Public-Private Partnership Act, 2015 (principal Act). Sections 4, 8 and 9 of the principal Act are amended. Section 10 of the principal Act is amended with a new sub-section 2A inserted after sub-section 2 relating to the responsibility of the Chairman and CEO of the PPP Authority. Further, sections 11, 23, 26, 36, 37, 44 and 45 are amended. Section 41 is repealed.
