Bangladesh Standard Specification for Fortified Wheat Atta (BDS 1793:2008).

This Bangladesh Standard was adopted by the Bangladesh Standards and Testing Institution laying the standards for fortified wheat atta (flour). The requirements and methods for sampling and the test for fortified wheat atta are provided. The standards for preparation of fortified wheat atta, vitamins and minerals to be added, hygienic conditions to be maintained, handling, packaging, labelling, storage and transportation are provided.
