Abstract
This Act provides for the establishment of a Cotton Board and defines its internal organization.
The functions of the Board are to regulate and supervise all dealings in cotton in so far as they are connected with the promotion of cotton international trade.
The Act further provides for: registration of export contracts; control of contracts through recognized associations; offences and penalties; etc.
