Nuclear Power Plant Act, 2015 (Act No. 19 of 2015).

This Nuclear Power Plant Act, consisting of 35 sections, establishes the composition, duties and responsibilities of the company responsible for managing the Rooppur nuclear power plants and other nuclear power plants as well as the management of the concerned structure, dealing also with Managing Director and other directive Functions. In addition, it establishes conditions under which land acquisition is allowed.
