One Stop Service Act, 2018 (No. 10 of 2018 Law).

The objective of this Act to ensure that investors are given any services, facilities, incentives, licenses, permits, clearances or permits required for any project or initiative proposed by them in order to implement domestic and foreign investment plans in the interest of rapid development of the lives of the people of Bangladesh.
Unless there is anything contrary to the subject or context, "Regional One Stop Service Centre" means the Regional One Stop Service Centre referred to in sub-section (1) of section 5; (2) "One Stop Service" means the process of providing any service referred to in Schedule B by the Central One Stop Service Authority or Regional Centre under this Act;(3) "Central One Stop Service Authority" means the Central One Stop Service Authority referred to in sub-section (1) of section 4. Any of the following Schedules of the Act, namely:-(a) List of Central One Stop Service Authority Schedule-A; and (b) a list of services, facilities, incentives, licenses, permits, clearances or permit issuing agencies or authorities and services; (5) "prescribed" means defined by the rules; (6) "focal point" means services, facilities, incentives, licenses, permits, clearances or any person prescribed by the agency or authority issuing permits under sub-section (5) of section 4; and (7) "service, facility, incentive, permit, clearance or permit issuance agency or authority" means the agency or authority issuing services, facilities, incentives, licenses, permits, clearances or permits referred to in Schedule B.
