Abstract
This Act amends the Protection and Conservation of Fish Act, 1950.
Amendments shall include: the insertion of a new clause (Ia) to section 2 defining “fishery”; minor word changes in section 3 and 5; and the substitution of section 7 with a new section dealing with offences.
