Safe Food (Preservation of Hygienic Environment) Regulations, 2018

These Regulations, made by the Bangladesh Food Safety Authority under the powers conferred by the Food Safety Act, 2013, provide for: measures to maintain hygiene in food premises, measures to protect the health and hygiene of persons handling food, protection from food-borne or infectious and contagious disease, equipment used for food preparation and storage, organic waste-management system, adequate supply of water, use of packaging and wrapping, examination and microbiological testing.
