State Acquisition and Tenancy (Amendment) Act, 2023 (Act No. 24 of 2023).

This Act amends the State Acquisition and Tenancy Act, 1950 (No. XXVIII of 1951) (principal Act). It amends section 145A of the principal Act by adding new sub-sections (3A), (3B) and 3(C) after section 3 and sub-section (7A) after section 7 relating to trial by the Land Survey Tribunal. Further, section 145B is amended by substituting the existing sub-section 3 and adding new sub-sections (3A), (3B) and (3C) relating to the Land Survey Appellate Tribunal. Section 145C is repealed and section 145E is amended.
