Trade Organizations (Amendment) Act, 2023 (Act No. 42 of 2023).

This Act amends the Trade Organizations Act, 2022 (principal Act). In sub-section (2) of section 9 of the principal Act, the words or in its own discretion are added after the words on application or complaint. Sub-section (2) of section 10 is substituted. The provisos to section 14 are also substituted. Further, sections 15 and 19 of the principal Act are amended.
