Act amending the Consumer Protection Act.

This Act amends several provisions part of the Consumer Protection Act (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Bulgaria 99/2005, and last amended in the Gazette 14/2015).
Changes are related to the modifications in articles 143, 147b and 148 (unfair terms in consumer contracts); articles 161 and 161n (regarding the timeshare contracts, long-term holiday product contracts, resale and exchange contracts); alternative consumer dispute resolution issues in article 181a; in Chapter Nine, the former Section II becomes Section III, and its name is changed to: "Section III Conciliation Commissions for Consumer Dispute Resolution"; modifications and added provisions to articles 182-185 (Conciliation Committees);
