Conditions and procedure for amendment and supplementation of Conditions and procedure for concluding contracts for granting and payment of medicinal products under article 262 (paragraph 6, item 1) of the Law on Medicinal Products in Human Medicine, for medical devices and dietary foods for special medical purposes, paid in full or in part by the NHIF.

This publication contains specific amending decisions that shall be implemented in terms of application of certain articles of the Bulgarian Law for the medicinal products in human medicine. Here, particular rules are regarding the section related to the medical devices and dietary foods for special medical purposes that are paid in full or in part by the National health insurance fund (or NHIF).
