Decree No. 154 of 5 July 2022 on the approval of additional expenses/transfers from the reserve under article 1 (paragraph 2, section II, item 5.1) of the Law on the State Budget of the Republic of Bulgaria for 2022 for unforeseen and/or urgent expenses for preventing, controlling and overcoming the consequences of disasters.

Abstract
This Decree approves additional expenses/transfers for 2022 to prevent, control and overcome the consequences of disasters (listed and specified in article 1). The implementation of this Decree is entrusted to the Minister of Internal Affairs, the Minister of Health, the Minister of Defense, the Minister of Transport and Communications, the Chief Secretary of the Council of Ministers, the regional governors of the Burgas, Pazardzhik and Razgrad regions and the mayors of the respective municipalities.
