Abstract
This Decree defines the bodies, structures and their main functions for the implementation of the Recovery and Sustainability Plan of the Republic of Bulgaria (in connection to the terms prescribed by the Regulation (EU) 2021/241 establishing the Recovery and Resilience Facility). The persons responsible for the management and implementation of the Plan take the necessary measures related to the prevention of fraud, corruption, conflict of interest and double financing from the Mechanism and from other programs of the Union, as well as from other national or international sources of financing.
