Abstract
This Regulation sets out the necessary conditions and manner for a safe and controlled application of plant protection products on forest territories of forest areas of the Republic of Bulgaria.
This text also defines the requirements for the delivery, transportation, storage and use of plant protection products on such areas; the obligations of persons engaged in the application of those products; additional handling safety issues.
Conditions for the application of plant protection products in the forestry are laid down in Chapter Two; for rules on the use of plant protection products in forestry see Chapter Three; for provisions on delivery, transportation, storage and use of plant protection products see Chapter Four of this publication.
