Abstract
This Decree here approves additional transfers (amounts specified in article 1), that shall be allocated to the budgets of Bulgarian municipalities for 2019 according to the financial provision regarding activities under the national programmes "Provision of a Contemporary Educational Environment" and "Innovation in Action", already approved and implemented by the Council of Ministers Decision No 172 of 2019.
