Abstract
This Decree adopts an Ordinance on the requirements for fruit jams, jellies, marmalades, jelly-marmalades and sweetened chestnut puree, which sets out the requirements for the names, composition, characteristics, labelling and production of fruit jams, jellies, marmalades, jelly-marmalades and sweetened chestnut puree intended for human consumption. The regulation shall not apply to the products intended for use in the production of fine baked goods, confectionery, biscuits and others. This text closely prescribes requirements for the names, composition and characteristics of fruit jams, jellies, marmalades, jelly-marmalades and sweetened chestnut puree and issues regarding related labelling requirements for fruit jams, jellies, marmalades, jelly-marmalades and sweetened chestnut puree.
