Abstract
This Decree provides for the complete set of provisions aimed at governing and controlling the activities and internal organization, among related tasks, as regards the functions of the Bulgarian Food safety agency.
These provisions are necessary for the correct governing over the structure, primary and secondary functions, composition and size (in terms of premises and personnel) of the Bulgarian Food Safety Agency.
Further this text determines that the functions of the National Plant Protection Service, with the exception of the Plant Protection Institute, shall be transferred to the Bulgarian Agency for Food Safety (see article 2).
The Annex is also part of this publication (number of staff in the administrative units).
