Abstract
This Decree proclaims that the Bulgarian Council of Ministers directs and coordinates the monitoring and reporting over the implementation of goals of the United Nations (UN) for sustainable development. This type of coordination and monitoring is including different actions such as: 1. approval of the list of leading and partner institutions, in connection with the coordination of the monitoring and reporting of the implementation of the UN goals for sustainable development; 2. approval of the national list of indicators for monitoring progress in achieving the UN goals for sustainable development and its updates at the proposal of the chairman of the National Statistical Institute; 3. coordination of the reporting of progress on the implementation of the UN goals for sustainable development; 4. Assignment of the preparation and approval of voluntary national reviews for the implementation of the UN goals for sustainable development. The Annex is also part of this publication (list of United Nations Sustainable Development Goals; list of leading and partner institutions in relation to monitoring and reporting on the implementation of the UN Sustainable Development Goals).
