Abstract
This Decree prescribes the conditions and the order and criteria for identifying the most deprived or endangered single persons and families for direct food support, under the Operational Programme for food and basic material support, co-financed by the European Support Fund for the Most Deprived Persons (2014-2020).
This kind of support will mainly be implemented through direct hot food delivery and distribution in public dining rooms.
These provisions are based on the Regulation (EU) No 223/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 March 2014 on the Fund for European aid to the most deprived persons.
