Abstract
This Law regulates a set of measures and actions that shall be implemented and used during the state of emergency on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria. The emergency situation was promulgated by a Decision of the National Assembly of 13 March 2020.
The Minister of Health may, in addition to the Health Law, introduce other temporary measures and restrictions as defined by the terms of this text.
Article 17 states that if necessary, the Council of Ministers will instruct the State Agency for State Reserves and Wartime Stocks to inspect the state reserve for grain, meat, dairy products and other durable foodstuffs, medical equipment, medicines, medical supplies and alcohol and to prepare a report and proposal to the Council of Ministers on possible considerations aimed to secure additional reserves of such products/foodstuff.
