Instruction No. 8121h-799 of 23 June 2022 on the procedure for organizing and conducting joint actions by employees of the Ministry of the Interior and the Commission for Energy and Water Regulation

This Instruction, based on the provisions of the Bulgarian Law on energy, regulates the procedure for organizing and conducting joint actions between the police authorities of the Ministry of the Interior (MIA) and the Commission for Energy and Water Regulation (KEVR) in accordance with their powers, determined by the current national legislation, in in connection with the performance of the functions assigned to KEVR in accordance with chapter seven "a" of the Energy Act (EE), when performing an on-site inspection under Art. 74f of the EE of a person, including its parent company or related company within the meaning of Regulation (EU) No. 1227/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council of October 25, 2011 on the integrity and transparency of the wholesale energy trading market.
