Abstract
This Law regulates the lease relations in agricultural sector of the Republic of Bulgaria.
The Law is divided into six Chapters: General (1); Rights and obligations of parties under the lease agreement (2); Amendment of the lease agreement (3); Rental of agriculture land (4) cancelled; Liability for defects (5); Termination (6).
The lease relations shall be settled by a lease contract, as determined by this Law. The object of the lease contract shall be the agricultural land and/or immovable and movable things or facilities used for agricultural production. This text defines the ownership relations, procedures and administrative issues, duties and responsibilities of all participants.
