Abstract
This Law amends certain provisions part of the Law on Energy (Official Gazette of the Republic of Bulgaria 107/2003 and last amended by the Gazette 77/2018).
Changes here stipulated are related to the powers of the Commission (article 21); price regulation/energy transmission (article 31); tendering procedures (article 47); energy works (articles 62 and 63); servitudes (article 64); representatives of the energy companies (article 67); and adds new references as regards the European Union legal documents (see article 28 of this text).
