Abstract
This Law amends several provisions part of the Law on Energy (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Bulgaria 107/2003 and last amended by the Gazette 41/2019).
Major changes are related to the added terms in article 21 (generally regarding the powers of the Commission); modified and added terms of articles 30, 31b and 33 (prices sand services subject to regulatory Commission); article 74l (procedural matter for introduction of a scheduled outage regime, temporary interruption or limitation of generation or supply of electricity and other energy sources); several modifications to articles 173 and 174 (natural gas transactions); provisions relevant for natural gas extraction companies (article 176); energy operation management terms form article 189.

Entry into force notes
