Law on excess stocks of agricultural and sugar products.

This Law regulates the inventory of stocks of agricultural and sugar products, for the purpose of determining excess stocks of such agricultural and sugar products, and it is aimed for producers and traders of agricultural and sugar products on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.
This text further sets the procedures for release from the established surplus stocks of sugar products; the payment of an installment for the established excess stocks of agricultural and sugar products.
