The National Strategy for Poverty Reduction and Promotion of Social Inclusion 2030.

This Bulgarian National Strategy for Poverty Reduction and Promotion of Social Inclusion with a horizon until the year 2030 is a set of planned actions that are given as response that the government undertakes with the clear awareness that it must not only mitigate the negative consequences of poverty and inequalities, but also overcome the factors that reproduce them.
This text set determines the following priorities: Priority 1: Providing opportunities for employment and increasing labor income through active inclusion in the labour market; Priority 2: Ensuring equal access to quality pre-school and school education; Priority 3: Ensuring equal and effective access to quality healthcare; Priority 4: Eliminating the institutional model of care and developing cross-sectoral services for social inclusion; Priority 5: Ensuring sustainability and adequacy of social payments; Priority 6: Improving capacity and interaction in the field of education, health care, employment and social services in realizing common goals for social inclusion; Priority 7: Ensuring an accessible environment – physical, institutional and informational and accessible transport; Priority 8: Improving the housing conditions of vulnerable groups and supporting the homeless; Priority 9: Working in partnership to overcome poverty and social exclusion and their consequences.
