Operational Programme “Good Governance” 2014-2020.

This publication contains the full text of the Bulgarian Operational Programme “Good Governance” 2014-2020 (Strategy for the operational programme's contribution to the Union strategy for smart, sustainable and inclusive growth and to the achievement of economic, social and territorial cohesion). The vision of the Operational Programme “Good Governance” is based on the understanding that strong, effective and transparent state institutions and judiciary have a direct horizontal impact on achieving all objectives defined in the Europe 2020 strategy, as they are interrelated. Strategic Priority 4 of the Partnership Agreement (PA): Good governance and access to quality administrative services was consciously established as a horizontal priority, i.e. it has an impact on achieving the objectives of all other priorities. Modernizing state administration and achieving equity (also gender) and quality of justice are here identified as main components for achieving of designated goals.
