Abstract
This Order defines the organization and operation of nurseries and children's kitchens and sets related health requirements. Nursery schools and children's kitchens can be established by the municipalities, by individuals and legal entities. The maintenance of the children in the municipal nurseries and the activities of the municipal children's kitchens are financed from the relevant municipal budget. Children's kitchens are organizationally separate structures in which medical and other specialists prepare, store and provide food for children from 10 months to three years of age. The foods must correspond in terms of quality composition and technological processing to the age characteristics of the child's organism. List of equipment critical to ensuring food safety is provided on the Annex of this text. Control of compliance with the requirements here prescribed is carried out by the state health control authorities.
